Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You will have contacted us through our Contact Form or by email or phone.
• A third party will have contacted us on your behalf through the same means.

We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you regarding an enquiry, a purchase order or to clarify any queries in an ongoing work assignment.

We will not share this information with anyone except with your express consent.

 How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your contact details for as long as we need them to process the assignment. We will then dispose your information by deleting computer based jobs from the computer and destroying any paper-based copies thereof.

Email addresses and telephone numbers will be held on our database for three months and then deleted.
